OVERVIEW
Students will increase their awareness of the physical,
social and emotional implications of anaphylaxis.
OBJECTIVES
As a follow-up to the Diet, Lifestyle and Health
Issues (Activity #4, Unit #3) students will use the internet,
prior knowledge of Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating and meal
planning to learn more about anaphylaxis and the necessary considerations
(reading every label, clean work surfaces etc.)
